The Challenge
The challenge was to build a robust platform that integrates with existing HR systems while ensuring data security and scalability. The UI needed to be intuitive for non-technical users across various industries.
The Solution
I developed a Next.js frontend with TailwindCSS for a responsive, modern UI, paired with a FastAPI backend using Prisma for database management. AWS (S3, ECS) was used for storage and deployment. Role-based access control ensured secure data handling, and reusable components improved development efficiency.
The Results
The platform reduced onboarding time by 30% for beta clients and achieved 99.9% uptime on AWS. User feedback highlighted the intuitive interface, with 85% rating it 'very easy to use.' The client secured contracts with 10 new enterprises within six months.
